How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our goal is to get you your order as quickly as possible.
The shipping and processing times depend on the status of each product.
Because our pieces are hand-crafted by our Master Jewelers, they can take up to two weeks to produce and ultimately ship if they’re not in stock.
How is my order shipped?
We use FedEx Priority for all US and international orders.
Estimated shipping times are listed below but please remember, these are just estimates.
Your tracking number will provide the most current information on the delivery of your order.
USA/Canada: 2-3 business days
International: 3-5 business days
What is your return policy?
We offer store credit within 30 days from original date of purchase. In order for us to accept your return,
please make sure that all original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry.
For all US and Canada orders, no restocking fee is applied.
For all international orders, a $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable on all orders.
Do you have a physical location?
At this time, we do not have a physical showroom. Instead, we schedule appointments with local buyers who are in LA or happen to be visiting.
